Why We Exist

For years, nurses have been told to be grateful. To accept less. To prioritize "calling" over compensation. Meanwhile, executives get richer, administrative bloat grows, and bedside nurses — the backbone of patient care — are stretched thin and underpaid.

Poornurse is a movement to flip that narrative. We're not here to complain. We're here to expose the truth, arm nurses with data, and create a platform where transparency and equity are the baseline, not the exception.
